The VicRoads Graduate Program is an 18-month program involving three 6-month rotations, providing hands on experience across different business areas.
Our aim is to develop graduates with a range of portable skills, support successful transfers into ongoing positions at VicRoads and more importantly, support graduates in advancing their careers.
