VicRoads sponsors a number of events and projects each year. We sponsor activities that are consistent with our strategic directions.

If you wish to apply for sponsorship with VicRoads, you will need to:

• read and agree to our sponsorship guidelines
• write a cover letter
• complete a sponsorship submission, detailing your proposal
• complete the sponsorship application form

When to apply
We recommend you apply as early as possible before the event:

• for major sponsorships, at least 9 months before the event is to start 
• for minor projects, at least 3 months before the event is to start
  
  

We will send you a letter of acknowledgement within 7 days of receiving your application. Please allow us at least 1 month to process your sponsorship request.
