Six month registration renewal

Eligible concession card holders and vehicles registered in particular categories have the option of a six month registration period for their vehicle registration fee and Compulsory Third Party Insurance (TAC) premium. This provides eligible concession card holders greater flexibility in meeting their costs. No additional fees will be charged for taking up this option.

Who is eligible?
To be eligible for this option, you must be:

  • the holder of a current Pensioner Concession card or,
  • Health Care card* issued by Centrelink or,
  • Gold Repatriation or Pensioner Concession card issued by the Department of Veterans' Affairs.

*Health Care Card holders
