If you would like to visit VicRoads, please submit a request in writing a minimum of four weeks in advance.

An official letter from either the relevant government agency or private organisation who is sponsoring the delegation must accompany the request.

Your written request must include:

• proposed date (or dates) of visit
• your country of origin
• delegate information: names and titles
• purpose of visit
• details of specific key areas of interest within VicRoads
• details of whether your delegation will be accompanied by an interpreter.

Cost
There is no charge for international visits from government organisations, or those arranged through embassies or consulates.

International visits booked through private organisations incur the following costs:

• 1-2 hour visit AUD $750
• Half-day visit AUD $1,500
• Full-day visit AUD $3,000

All costs are inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST).
