Is the nomination form a tax invoice?
The nomination form is not a tax invoice!
If you have elected to pay by cheque a tax invoice will be issued prior to course attendance.
Payments by credit card will not generate an invoice unless requested.

When am I required to pay for the nominated course(s)?
Payment for nominated courses is required before attending a course to ensure your position.

You can pay by:

• Cheque – make cheques payable to VicRoads and mail to Technical Consulting Business Support, Private Bag 12 Camberwell, Victoria 3124
• Purchase order for existing customers – An invoice will be forwarded upon receipt of the purchase order.

When will I receive confirmation that my nominated course(s) is scheduled to proceed?
Confirmation emails will be sent prior to commencement of the nominated course. We will endeavour to provide at least 3 working days notice, however, this may be dependent upon receipt of payment.

What do I do if I wish to cancel my nomination?
Cancellations will be allowed up to 5 working days before the scheduled course. Payments will still be processed and Invoices issued after this time.
You can nominate another attendee within 5 working days of course commencement.

Can I obtain a refund if I cannot attend a course?
Refunds will not be given! You can substitute another attendee or nominate for another scheduled course within 5 working days of course commencement.

What do I need to bring?
Course materials will be supplied; however, you should ensure you have any prerequisite materials with you.

Do I need to bring my own lunch?
All courses are catered. Half day courses also include lunch.
