We offer summer vacation employment anytime between October and March and may consider other placements when TAFE/Universities are on semester break.
We accept applications from undergraduates currently studying a bachelor degree in the following areas:
- Civil Engineering
- Environmental Engineering
- Geomatic Engineering
- Geotechnical Engineering
- Electronic and Electrical Engineering
- Accounting
- Business (Management / Communications / Commerce / Economics / HR / Legal)
- Computer Science / Information Technology
- Statutory and Town Planning
Preference may be given to students who are currently in their penultimate year of study, eg third year of a four year degree.
We accept applications from TAFE students who are currently completing the first year of the two-year Advanced Diploma of Engineering Technology (Civil/Structural).
VicRoads may ask for your consent to check records maintained by Police, the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) and VicRoads as a part of the selection process. Information provided to VicRoads will be treated in accordance with our recruitment privacy statement.
Vacation students will be paid $33,714 p.a. Please note, this figure may change due to Enterprise Agreement negotiations currently underway.
