VicRoads can provide you with a printed copy of your driver history report, detailing your driving offences and demerit points.

Your driver history report will be automatically mailed to the address recorded on your driver licence. Please allow 7 working days for delivery.

There are two types of Driver History Reports you can order:

1. A five year Driver History Report
This includes all demerit points incurred over the last 5 years and a full conviction history. For the cost of this report, see Other general licensing fees.

2. A Full Licence History Search
This includes the first issue date of your licence and all offences you have been convicted of or found guilty of, including demerit point offences.

This report can be ordered by:

• calling VicRoads on 13 11 71 (Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5pm, Sat 8.30am - 2pm), or
• visiting one of our Customer Service Centres.
