The Victorian Police have sole responsibility for the issue of firearms licences. All enquiries should be directed to your local Police station.
Payment cannot be made at VicRoads Customer Service Centre.
Photo point services are provided at all VicRoads offices. You will need to show evidence of payment and appropriate identification before the photo will be taken.
If you cannot provide your current driver licence or firearms licence as evidence of identity you will need to provide other original evidence of identity documents.
