Paper bicycle maps are not produced by VicRoads but here are some useful places to find cycling maps for transport purposes.
Through the Travelsmart initiative, many metropolitan councils (and some regional towns) have produced detailed maps containing information on all sustainable travel modes including bus, train, tram and cycle routes.
The cycle route information includes all existing local cycle networks, existing PBN as well as recommended short cuts and quiet back streets. As such, Travelsmart maps are excellent maps for navigating Melbourne and regional towns by bicycle.

Some councils produce their own free cycle map showing existing routes in their municipality. Search on your local Council website for more information.
