Contractors and Consultants are kept informed of the status of VicRoads works and services being planned and prepared for delivery. The following listings of information are provided:

  • Proposed Tenders - listing of proposed contract work by its type (eg freeway construction), location (VicRoads Region and road name) and approximate start date. Records may be further expanded to provide a detailed description and contact information.

 

  • Tenders Advertised - a listing by advertising date order of contract works that are currently advertised as a Request for Tender (RFT) or an Expression of Interest (EoI). Submissions are invited from appropriately pre-qualified firms by the nominated closing date. These records may be expanded to provide further details about the works:

          - RFT documents may be collected by appropriately pre-qualified suppliers from locations nominated or by mail
            quoting the contract number.
          - EoI documents may be downloaded on-line by completing the required details of your firm.

  • Tenders Received - a listing by closing date order of tenders received, identified by contract number and title. Records may be expanded to show a listing of eligible tenderers in their apparent tender price order or alphabetically.

 

  • Contracts Awarded - a listing by award date order of awarded contacts with contracts identified by number and title. Records may be expanded to show the details of contracts awarded including the contractors name and award price

Information Management & Technology (IM&T) consultation hub
An Information Management & Technology (IM&T) consultation hub has been established to help engage industry, ICT professionals and our stakeholders across the community and government.

The purposes of IM&T Consultation hub are to:

  • invite open and informative discussion on draft documents including policies, Requests for Tender (RFT) or Expressions of Interest (EOI)
  • publish points of clarification, or responses to questions, relating to published RFTs or EOIs in accordance with government probity and tendering guidelines.
