In order to reduce the size of hardcopy tender documents and to move towards providing tender documents on the VicRoads website, the following documents can now be downloaded.

These documents can only be accessed by selecting and agreeing to the Document Use Agreement

• General Conditions of Contract - current and recent releases of VicRoads General Conditions of Contract listed by name and revision number. (Note: AS4300 – 1995-VR “General Conditions for Design and Construct” is not available electronically due to copyright, but hard copies can be purchased from the VicRoads Bookshop.) 
  
  
• Principal Arranged Public Liability Insurance Policy (PAPLI) for road and bridge construction and related contracts.
  
  
• Standard Specification Sections (unmodified) by section number and work type are available to be downloaded, but as these sections are often modified for particular tender documents, hardcopies of these sections will continue to be provided in tender documents.
