Welcome to VROnline. Here you will find information about the various VicRoads Online Products. There are currently four products available - Dealer on Line (DoL), Electronic Fleet Registration System (EFRS), the Vehicle Information Package (VIP) and the Vehicle Securities Register (VSR OnLine). DoL – allows dealerships operating under the VicRoads Dealer Certification Scheme to process new vehicle registrations online.

EFRS – assists fleet operators/organisations that have 50 or more registered vehicles to manage the renewal of their vehicle registrations.

VIP – organisations and the general public can purchase VIP certificates online. Existing registered users can logon using the link at the bottom of this page. A VIP is a package that provides vehicle buyers with a detailed record (excluding private information) about any Victorian registered vehicle, giving potential buyers peace of mind and enabling them to make an informed purchase decision.

VSR OnLine – allows financiers, motor vehicle dealerships and other authorised users to check encumbrances, and some registration information on vehicles
