Section 92 - Road Safety Act 1986
To access the Road Safety Act 1986:
- select the link above
- select "Victorian Law Today"
- Select "Acts" and choose "R" for Road Safety Act 1986
- Then select "Road Safety Act 1986"

This section of the Road Safety Act deals with the disclosure of information. This Act is referred to in the Dealer Certification Agreement and is included for your information |
- Download and print the forms listed below;
- Complete and sign the Dealer Certification Agreement, Organisation Access Application and User Access Application; and
- Mail/fax a signed copy of the forms to your local VicRoads Dealer Certification Representative
Upon receipt of the signed documents, VicRoads will assess your request and if you meet the requirements, VicRoads will issue your company with a User Identifier (USERID) and a Password for nominated staff.
