How do I become a registered user of the Vehicle Information Package (VIP)?
Before you register for VIP, it is imperative that you read the following documentation thoroughly:

Please read these terms and conditions fully. By signing the Organisation Access Application form you are acknowledgeing your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

To register for VIP:

• Download and print the forms listed below
• Complete and sign the Organisation Access Application and User Access Application; and
• Mail/fax a signed copy of the forms to VicRoads

Direct Debit
For registered users, VIP certificates can only be purchased using direct debit. All organisations will need to provide a direct debit account upon application to become a registered user. If your organisation is currently using a credit card for other VR Online transactions, it will be issued with a new user-id specifically for VIP direct debit transactions.

VicRoads Organisation Access Application (PDF 32 KB)	One copy must be completed and signed.
VicRoads User Access Application (PDF, 414 KB)	Each employee who will have access to the system must complete and sign.

Upon receipt of the signed documents, VicRoads will assess your request and if you meet the requirements, VicRoads will issue your organisation with a user identifier (USERID) and a password for nominated staff.
