How do I become a registered user of the Vehicle Securities Register (VSR OnLine)?

Before you register for VSR OnLine, it is imperative that you read the following document thoroughly:

Please read these terms and conditions fully. By signing the Organisation Access Application form you are acknowledging your acceptance of these terms and conditions

To register for VSR OnLine:

• Download and print the forms listed below;
• Complete and sign the Organisation Access Application and User Access Application; and
• Mail/fax a signed copy of the forms to VicRoads:

VicRoads Organisation Access Application (PDF, 32KB)	One copy must be completed and signed
VicRoads User Access Application (PDF, 414KB)	Each employee who will have access to the system must complete and sign.

Upon receipt of the signed documents, VicRoads will assess your request and if you meet the requirements, VicRoads will issue your company with a User Identifier (USERID) and a Password for nominated staff.
