Your driving practice hours must be recorded correctly in your Learner Log Book. Each entry must be signed by the supervising driver, and the learner and supervising driver both must sign the Declaration of Completion. If you obtained your learner permit before 1 July 2007 you can use the driving log [PDF, 169KB, 11pp] to record the hours of practice you have on the road.
