Thoroughbred Country number plates were developed to publicise the racing industry, however they are available to the general public. You can apply for these number plates by contacting the Thoroughbred Country Club of Victoria on Tel (03) 5264 1638 or Fax (03) 5264 1668).

Thoroughbred Country number plates are available in a prearranged single letter and four digit format or in the combinations associated with custom number plates (shown below).

The plates have maroon characters in the series V 0000 to V 9999 on a yellow background, and the slogan VIC - THOROUGHBRED COUNTRY displayed across the bottom of the plate.
