Plummer Street local truck bypass

Project overview
The Plummer Street Local Truck Bypass was identified as the preferred freight bypass option in the 2001 Webb Dock/Port Melbourne Traffic Study. The 2003 study determined the need to divert freight traffic away from Williamstown Road Port Melbourne, by providing a freight route to access the West Gate Freeway.
