Powercor assets

Operators of vehicles over 4.6m in height seeking travel under Powercor assets must seek support via Powercor’s online portal.

Applicants should select ‘High load transport’ and follow the prompts.

Applications are typically processed within four weeks. Additional time should be allowed where route assessments, escorts or customer notification of potential outages are required. Requests to permanently alter the network will take additional time depending on the scope of work.

Fees

Powercor may charge fees for its support. Powercor does not typically charge an access fee except where a route assessment is undertaken.

Fees for escort vehicles or to permanently alter the network will be quoted prior to processing the application.

Jemena assets

Operators of vehicles over 4.6m in height seeking travel under Jemena assets must seek support via the Jemena website https://jemena.com.au/electricity/safety/over-dimensional-transport.

Applications are typically processed within four weeks. Additional time should be allowed where route assessments, escorts or customer notification of potential outages are required. Requests to permanently alter the network will take additional time depending on the scope of work.

United Energy assets
