Following a major corporate transformation, VicRoads is now a privately-owned organisation and no longer a public service agency.

However, we are still solely responsible for providing registration and licensing services to the Victorian community through our established and trusted Customer Service Centre network and Contact Centres.

VicRoads has grown as a result of our corporate transformation and provides a host of other specialist functions including service transformation, commercial, human resources, technology, legal, communications and risk and compliance.
