Behaviour Change Program providers

If you’ve committed a drink or drug-driving offence on or after 30 April 2018, you’ll need to complete a Behaviour Change Program (BCP).

You’ll receive a letter from us following your offence that has important information about enrolling in the right program. Please have this letter with you when booking into the BCP. 

Please Note: If your offence was before 30 April 2018, you can complete either a BCP or a Driver Education Program (DEP). The DEPs are run by DHHS Accredited providers and these old programs will continue to be offered until April 2019.

The providers of the DHHS Accredited Drink and Drug Driver Education Programs will continue to offer the old DEPs until April 2019. Don’t book into a DEP if your offence was committed on or after 30 April 2018.
