Proof of age

The Victorian Proof of Age card is intended to be used to verify that a person seeking to enter licensed premises or purchase liquor is over 18 years of age.

How to apply

Any person who has reached the age of 17 years and 11 months can apply, however you must wait until you are 18 to use it.

The Australian Keypass card is used as an alternative to photo identification.

Keypass cards are solely issued by Australia Post. Applications and requests for application forms or other information should be directed to Australia Post (External link)
