The sample Learner Log Book [PDF 1554 Kb] included in the kit shows how to complete it correctly. If you have more than 8 supervising drivers you can download additional pages of the Learner kit [PDF 228 Kb] for them to complete.
VicRoads recommends that you make copies of the completed pages of your learner log book as you go, in case the original is lost or destroyed. A photocopy of a lost learner log book cannot be used to prove hours of supervised driving experience completed. Details of any previous supervised driving experience must be re-entered in a replacement learner log book and each entry must be signed by an appropriate supervising driver.
If you lose or damage your Learner Kit you can purchase a replacement by visiting our online bookshop, a VicRoads Customer Service Centre or by calling VicRoads on (03) 8391 3255. See handbook fees for the cost of a replacement Learner Kit.
The Learner kit is available in English, Arabic, Chinese (Mandarin), Turkish and Vietnamese.
