Western Roads Upgrade – Duncans Road maintenance

We’re delivering important road maintenance on Duncans Road in Werribee, as part of the Victorian Government’s commitment to maintaining major roads and structures across the Western Roads Upgrade network. 

These works will be delivered by Netflow and will involve asphalting and line marking to restore the condition of the road surface.

When to expect us

Crews will work on site for 10 days and nights from Sunday 17 September to Sunday 1 October 2023 excluding Saturdays, weather permitting. 

Crews will work continuously (24-hours) to get the job done faster and minimise disruption to residents and road users.

How will these works impact you? 

• Access to some driveways will be restricted for a few hours – we’ll contact you if we need to restrict access to your driveway during these works.
• Road closures with local access on Duncans Road between Princes Highway and Princes Freeway and signed detours in place
• No on-street parking in the work area during works
• Periods of high noise levels, vibrations, and dust – where possible, we’ll complete the nosiest works during the day to minimise disruption to residents
• Reduced speeds in the work area to keep crews and road users safe
• Safety lights within the work area
• Changes to public transport services are not expected during these works
• Traffic controllers will be on site to help road users travel around the work area safely.
