*Terms and Conditions for Rebel Sports Prize Pack Competition

  1. The Competition is open to all Victorian government and non-government schools and Technical and Further Education (‘TAFE’) providers.
  2. To enter, you need to register your school or TAFE provider’s interest in becoming a VicRoads’ Road Smart school or TAFE by completing an online registration form here, or by email to: [email protected], or by contacting your VicRoads Regional Road Safety Coordinator to book in your in-class session(s).
  3. Only one entry is allowed per school and TAFE provider.
  4. Entries close Friday 2 April 2021 at 23:59. All entries must be received by this time to be included in the draw.
  5. The draw will take place at 11:00 on 16 April 2021 at Level 10, 1 Spring St, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000.
  6. The winner of the competition will be drawn at random and notified by phone call and email. The name of the competition winner will also be published on the VicRoads’ website for 30 days following the draw.
  7. The Rebel Sports Prize Pack is valued at up to $1,000. The Prize Pack will comprise of sports gear or products to the value of $1,000 to be selected by VicRoads, in its absolute discretion, from Rebel Sport.
  8. Prize cannot be substituted for cash or voucher.
  9. Prize pack includes delivery. VicRoads and its contractors will use its best endeavours to deliver the Rebel Sports Prize Pack to the winner of the competition by Friday, 30 April 2021.
  10. VicRoads accepts no responsibility for prize pack items after they are delivered to the winner.

VicRoads values the privacy of every individual. We are committed to protecting all personal information that we collect. In Victoria, the laws that set the privacy requirements are the Health Records Act 2001 and the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014. These laws set out what we must do when we collect, use, handle and destroy personal information.

At the time of entering the competition, VicRoads will collect some your personal information about you including your name, telephone number and email address. This information is being collected for the purpose of conducting the Road Smart campaign and other VicRoads or related business activities. This information may be used or disclosed as authorised or required by the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic). In the future, VicRoads may disclose personal information it collects from you to various organisations, including our contractors, or other people authorised to collect and use personal information held by VicRoads. Some of these organisations and persons may be located outside of Victoria, and as a result, it is possible that your personal information may be transferred outside of Victoria in the future. You can access and correct any personal information that relates to you and is held by VicRoads by contacting us or by making an application under the Freedom of Information Act 1982.
