Buying a new vehicle is an important decision for anyone to make.

This decision can be daunting as hundreds of vehicle models are available, and the safety performance and features can vary significantly across brands and models.

To help anyone who is considering purchasing a new vehicle, we’ve developed several vehicle safety online courses to help broaden the community’s understanding of vehicle safety features, vehicle safety ratings, and how to choose the safest car for your needs.

There are currently three courses available to access for free:

  • Vehicle Safety Basics
  • ANCAP Vehicle Safety Rating 
  • Vehicle Safety Features
