Thanks for your patience.

Online services ready to go

Transactions are also available through our call centre and customer service centres during opening hours.

How do I pay via BPAY?

Renewing your registration

Your BPAY details can be found at the bottom of your first notice, which you’ll receive by email or post.

For digital customers, we’ll email you with your first notice approximately 6 weeks before your expiry date with an invitation to pay, which includes your BPAY details.

If you’re signed up for direct debit payments, your notice won’t include BPAY details as your payments are already set up.

Renewing your licence

If you’re looking to renew your licence without a photo, your BPAY details can be found at the bottom of your notice.

If your licence renewal requires a photo, visit your VicRoads Customer Service Centre

Your BPAY receipt is considered proof of payment if required.

Need to access your digital driver's licence?

Your digital driver’s licence is still available in your myVicRoads app.
