Note: you cannot renew a motorcycle learner permit. If it expires, you’ll need to complete the application process again. This permit is valid for 15 months. For more information on how to get your motorcycle Ls visit Transport Victoria.
You can renew an expired learner permit, as long as it didn’t expire more than five years ago. Your minimum holding period will start again when you renew.
You can’t renew a learner permit that expired more than five years ago. If you want to get your Ls again, you’ll need to reapply and do another test.
