Support for customers affected by Victorian bushfires

VicRoads advises customers impacted by the current bushfires in Victoria to call our customer service team on 13 11 71 for assistance with vehicle registration and licensing.

Our team will be on hand to guide them through their situation and provide any support necessary to navigate what is a stressful time for many within our community.

Customers are advised that our call centre operating hours are between 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 12.30pm Saturday.

If suitable to travel and in adherence with emergency directions, all VicRoads customer service centres across the state are open and ready to assist.

Customers are also reminded that their digital driver’s licence can be used as proof of identification. The myVicRoads app can also be used for many VicRoads services.

As a reminder, VicRoads cannot assist with road hazards. If the road issue is urgent and presents an immediate danger, contact Transport Victoria on 13 11 70.
