Some Customer Service Centres are temporarily closed

Due to local bushfire conditions, some VicRoads Customer Service Centres are closed today. These closures include:

  • Seymour CSC
  • Horsham CSC
  • Cobram CSC

Our priority is the safety of our staff and customers. 

Most transactions can be completed via the myVicRoads app or at vicroads.vic.gov.au

Customers who urgently need in-person services can visit the Benalla or Shepparton Customer Service Centres, open 8:30am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday. The VicRoads website will be updated accordingly and is the best resource for information about availability of services at all customer service centres.

Given the ongoing bushfire conditions across Victoria, customers should carefully consider whether travel is necessary before heading to an alternative customer service centre. If your visit isn’t urgent, it’s recommended to delay any non-essential travel until conditions improve and it is safe to do so.
