We're opening a new purpose-built Customer Service Centre in Pakenham.
The new centre will bring together services currently provided at the Dandenong Customer Service Centre and Pakenham Licence Testing Centre in one location, making it easier for customers to access a range of VicRoads services. The new facility has been designed to support the growing community and provide a modern customer experience.
What's happening
On 16 November, customers who currently visit the Dandenong Customer Service Centre or Pakenham Testing Centre will be able to visit the new Customer Service Centre at 33 Exchange Drive, Pakenham.
