How to update your address online

When you move house or change address, you need to let us know within 14 days.

When updating your address, there are three types of addresses we collect:

  • Residential address: the address where you live.
  • Postal address: the address your mail is sent to. This can be the same address as your home address, but it can be different.
  • Garage address: the address(es) where your vehicle is kept. This can also be the same as your home address, but it can be different.

You can change your address information by logging into your myVicRoads account or using the myVicRoads app. 

You can also update your email address to make sure you receive important notifications and reminders.

Use the button below to log in. If you're updating a business address, remember to select the business tab before logging in.

Once you've logged in, select the Profile & Settings button to update your addresses.
