Applying for a concession

Below are instructions on how to apply for a concession benefit:

• get a Dealer online authority to register form (PDF) completed and signed by the concession holder
• the authority to register form must clearly indicate the concession type and card number
• email the authority to register form and a copy of the front and back of the concession card to [email protected].

The customer record will be updated within one working day.

Please note: A Commonwealth Seniors Card or Pharmaceutical Benefits Card or DVA “Dependant” card does not entitle the holder to any registration or TAC concession.
