Get help with logging into and using your myVicRoads partner account.

You can also find more information on using the action log and transaction log.

If you’ve forgotten your password, reset by following the below steps.

  1. Click the person icon on the top right corner of the screen
  2. Click  the Partners tab 
  3. Click Forgotten your password
  4. Click on Partners
  5. Enter your Email address
  6. Click Next. We’ll send you an email with a 6 digit verification code  
  7. Check your inbox and copy the 6-digital verification in the email we sent you
  8. Enter the 6-digit verification code and create a new password. Click the Help icon to find out how to create a password according to the required criteria.
  9. Re-enter your new password under Confirm password. Make you enter exactly the same characters. 
  10. Click Change Password. You'll see a confirmation of password reset page and will receive a confirmation email.

Some users have access to both myVicRoads personal and partner accounts. Make sure you’ve selected the correct tab before entering your username and password details.

Follow the Forgotten Your Password process to avoid being locked out of your account.

If you’re working for an organisation with multiple partner accounts, you can access each account using a single email address and password.  You’ll just need to confirm that you want access to multiple accounts.

Follow the steps below:
  1. Click Confirm your account in the email we’ll send you. You must do this within 72 hours
  2. Tick to confirm you’ve read and accepted the terms and conditions
  3. Click Submit.
You can now access multiple partner accounts using the same log in details. When completing transactions, make sure you’re using the correct partner account. How to switch between partners

When you log in, you can choose which partner account to use from the dashboard.

To switch accounts, click the person icon on the top right hand corner of the screen.  You can always find out which partner account you’re logged into by returning to the dashboard.

If you don’t get your activation email, ask another administrator with an active account to resend it to you. To learn how to do this, read the Administrator and manage users help.

If you need a new verification code, ask another administrator with an active account to create a new one for you. They can also send you a new activation email.  To learn how to do both, read the Administrator and manage users help.

You need a Victorian driver licence number or VicRoads customer number to sign up for a myVicRoads partner account. 

To get a VicRoads customer number, visit one of our customer service centres and show the required identity documents.

If your account is locked, ask your partner account administrator for help.
